Start with your health history

An online visit is a clinical starting point, not an automatic prescription. Before you begin, gather an up-to-date list of your medications, supplements, allergies, previous treatments and relevant medical conditions. Share what you hope to discuss and any concerns about treatment.

Use the official patient platform for your answers. The public OliveBird website helps you explore programs and pricing; your clinical questionnaire belongs on the Bask-powered patient platform, not in an email or a Telegram group.

Leave room for a clinical conversation

An independent licensed clinician reviews the information you provide. They may ask follow-up questions, request records or a consultation, or recommend that you seek in-person care. They may decide that a medication is not appropriate. Choosing a product page or a plan length does not determine that decision.

Understand the next step before committing

If treatment is appropriate, take time to understand the proposed formulation, instructions, monitoring and follow-up. Review the final price, any recurring charges, shipping arrangements and cancellation terms before authorizing payment. Ask about anything that is unclear.

When medication is prescribed, the authorized dispensing pharmacy supplies the medication and its instructions. Do not use a website illustration as a guide to the actual device, dose or label.

Keep your care in one place

Use the patient portal to access your account and contact your care team. Community channels are for general announcements, not private medical conversations. Online care is not an emergency service. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
