Privacy policy
Website policy updated September 6, 2026
This policy explains information handled by the OliveBird Med public website and where to find privacy information for your clinical care.
OliveBird Med is operated by Glow Med Inc., 1500 N Grant St, Suite R, Denver, CO 80203, United States. This is the website operator's company address, not a clinic or dispensing pharmacy.
Information on this website
The public website provides program information and links to the patient platform. Its current interface does not ask you to enter health answers, upload identification or medical records, create a patient account, or enter payment details.
When you browse, the hosting service may receive technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details, and request time. This information supports delivery of the website, security, and troubleshooting. If you select a language, the site saves that preference in your browser. You can remove it by clearing site data.
Support requests
If you email OliveBird Med, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to respond and coordinate support where appropriate. Please do not email medical records, identification documents, payment card details, or other sensitive health information. Use the patient portal for clinical communications.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and communication service providers may process information needed to operate the website and respond to requests. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Retention depends on the purpose, security needs, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us with a request about information you previously submitted, including through earlier versions of this website.
Cookies, analytics, and links
This version of the public website uses browser storage for your language preference. It does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Following a link to another site takes you to that site's privacy practices. The patient platform may use its own cookies and storage for accounts and care services.
Health information and HIPAA
Online visits take place at go.olivebirdmed.com, and patient accounts are accessed at my.olivebirdmed.com. These services use the Bask platform. Clinical care is provided by WASEF HEALTH, P.A., and the listed dispensing pharmacy is The Pharmacy Hub.
Protected health information (PHI) held by a HIPAA-covered provider or pharmacy is governed by that organization's Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law. A website privacy policy does not replace that notice. Wasef Health publishes its privacy policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Contact contact@wasef-health.com for a copy or help with clinical records. For pharmacy privacy questions, call The Pharmacy Hub at (888) 958-1382.
How clinical information may be used
Subject to applicable law and the responsible organization's notice, PHI may be used for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, such as coordinating care, billing, and quality review. Other permitted or required disclosures may include public health, oversight, certain legal processes, and research subject to applicable safeguards. Uses that require authorization must follow those requirements.
Transmission and safeguards
Use the HTTPS patient platform for clinical information. Encryption during transmission is one safeguard; it does not by itself establish that an organization or service complies with HIPAA. The responsible provider's and platform's policies explain their handling of information.
Your health privacy rights
HIPAA provides rights concerning PHI held by covered entities, subject to legal exceptions. Depending on the circumstances, these include:
- Requesting access to or a copy of medical records, and requesting corrections.
- Requesting confidential communications and restrictions on certain uses or disclosures.
- Requesting an accounting of certain disclosures and a copy of the privacy notice.
- Receiving required notice after a breach of unsecured PHI.
- Filing a privacy complaint without retaliation.
Direct a clinical-record request to the provider or pharmacy that maintains the record. State laws may provide additional protections, including for sensitive health information. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the information, organization, and jurisdiction involved.
For authoritative information, see HHS information about HIPAA rights. You may also file a complaint with the HHS Office for Civil Rights.
Questions and requests
For website data, previous website submissions, or support-related privacy requests, contact contact@olivebirdmed.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. For medical records, contact your clinical provider through the patient portal.
Policy changes
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Provider and pharmacy privacy notices may have separate effective dates and update procedures.
