This website is operated by Glow Med Inc., 1500 N Grant St, Suite R, Denver, CO 80203, United States. Glow Med Inc. does not independently practice medicine, make prescribing decisions, or dispense medications. Its company address is not a clinic or pharmacy.
Medical care and prescriptions
Website information is general education, not a diagnosis or individualized medical advice. Clinical services are provided by WASEF HEALTH, P.A. A treating clinician independently determines whether care is appropriate and whether to prescribe. Completing a form or paying a fee does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication, or a result.
Online visits and informed consent
An online visit may involve health questionnaires, messages, audio, or video. Remote care has limits, including the lack of a physical examination and possible technology interruptions. Your clinician may request more information or recommend in-person care.

Accurate information and account access
Provide accurate identity, location, and health information during your visit. Do not use another person's account. Protect your sign-in details and contact patient support if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Jurisdiction
Services are available only where affiliated providers are licensed and dispensing pharmacies are authorized. Requirements depend on the patient's location, treatment, and applicable law. See service availability.
Pricing and payment

External services
The visit and patient portal use the Bask platform. Other providers, pharmacies, and payment services may have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Review those terms before proceeding.
Emergency care
This service is not intended for emergencies. Call 911 or seek immediate in-person care for a medical emergency.
