The Pharmacy Hub

The Pharmacy Hub is the dispensing partner listed in our current Bask checklist. A prescription is required. The pharmacy reviews and dispenses prescriptions subject to its authorization in the patient's state. The dispensing pharmacy's label identifies the medication, dose, storage, and instructions that apply to your prescription.

For questions about a dispensed medication, contact the pharmacy directly. You can find state pharmacy regulators through the NABP directory of state boards.

Services are available in all 50 US states. Care is provided through affiliated licensed medical providers and authorized pharmacy partners. Specific treatments and medications remain subject to clinical eligibility, applicable state laws, and provider and pharmacy licensure requirements.
