The Pharmacy Hub is the dispensing partner listed in our current Bask checklist. A prescription is required. The pharmacy reviews and dispenses prescriptions subject to its authorization in the patient's state. The dispensing pharmacy's label identifies the medication, dose, storage, and instructions that apply to your prescription.
